The job market in India today is much more promising than it was 20 years ago. But young people need skills to take advantage of these opportunities.
Children’s Hope India recognizes that education itself is not enough to set young people up on the path to success; we need to provide the practical training that will help them find jobs and contribute to the 21st Century economy. We help prepare the young adults in our projects enter the modern work force by offering training in everything from sewing to information technology.
We realize that young people today are the leaders and innovators of tomorrow, and we help them gain marketable skills that will offer them a chance at a better future. The projects we have supported include training in a wide variety of fields, including:

- English language
- Mobile phone repair
- Electrical engineering
- Beauty services
